- The Ward (2010) [Alice]: Suffocated with a pillowcase by Danielle Panabaker while Mamie Gummer, Lyndsy Fonseca and Sali Sayler hold her down. This is shown in a flashback when Laura Leigh tells Amber Heard what happened (it is later revealed that everything that's going on is in Mika's mind as she overcomes her other personalities).
