Black Christmas (2006) [Melissa Kitt]: Has two different death scenes in the US and UK versions of the film.
- (US): Stabbed/hacked in the back of the head when Dean Friss throws an ice skate at her.
- (UK): Eyes torn out by Dean Friss after Dean puts a plastic bag over her head. Her body is shown again later on when Katie Cassidy and Kristen Cloke discover her in the attic.
The Scribbler (2014) [Alice/Veronica]: Commits suicide by jumping off a building.

Law & Order: God Bless The Child (1991) [Dinah Driscoll]: Dies from strep throat after her parents refuse medical treatment for her on religious grounds.
Buffy The Vampire Slayer: The Weight of the World (2001) [Dawn Summers]: Smothered with a pillow by Sarah Michelle Gellar in a catatonic dream Gellar is having, which Alyson Hannigan is transported into using her magic. (Tractenberg survives the episode in reality.)
Criminal Minds: Zugzwang (2013) [Diane Turner]: Commits suicide by shooting herself in the head while holding Beth Riesgraf hostage (so that the bullet goes through Michelle's head and into Beth's).
Robot Chicken: The Rescue (2012; animated) [Gummy Bear]: Robot Chicken bites her eyes out, and then sends her into numerous bear traps, killing her.
