- Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction: The Getaway (1998) [Diane Lerner]: Killed in a car accident when her car crashes into a boulder; she appears as a ghost throughout the rest of the story, but we don't discover that she's dead until Nancy Fish reads a newspaper article about her death, just as Michelle vanishes with some children (who were killed in a bus crash) into the afterlife.
- Charmed: Little Box of Horrors (2005) [Katya]: Vanquished and burned by Rose McGowan.
- Daredevil: The Man in the Box (2016) [Samantha Reyes]: Machine gunned through the window in her office by Clancy Brown, while Charlie Cox, Deborah Ann Woll, Elden Henson and Stephen Rider look on in shock. Clancy is not seen during Michelle's death, and it is believed that Jon Bernthal was the shooting, until Clancy is revealed to be the shooting in a future episode.
- Blindspot: Check Your Ed (2019) [Shepherd]: Shot in the chest by Jaimie Alexander.
- The Walking Dead: Dead City: Old Acquaintances (2023) [Jones]: Devoured by zombies after being thrown in a herd by Gaius Charles for punishment.
