Wild Wild West (1999) [Morton]: Decapitated by a flying circular saw blade while running in the woods from it in the opening sequence of the film. His severed head is shown when Ted Levine stands over him before the film cuts to the opening credits. His severed head is shown again (attached to a projector) when Kevin Kline and Will Smith investigate.
