Film Deaths[]
- Force 10 from Navarone (1978) [Sgt. Bauer]: Shot by Harrison Ford, after Michael kills Angus MacInnes.
- Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back (1980) [Admiral Kendal Ozzel]: Strangled to death telekinetically by Darth Vader (David Prowse / James Earl Jones), as punishment for Michael's failure (to surprise attack the rebels), shown through the communication screen.
- Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989) [Adolf Hitler]: Commits suicide (off-screen) during World War 2. He is still alive by the end of the movie but is dead during the later films.
TV Deaths[]
- Adam Adamant Lives!: D For Destruction (1966) [Army Major]: Shot by soldiers under Michael Ripper's command.
- The Persuaders!: A Home of One's Own (1971) [Walden]: Murdered by a cult in the opening scene. Tony Curtis finds his body in a well.
- Doctor Who: Pyramids of Mars (1975) [Laurence Scarman]: Strangled (off-screen) by his brother (Bernard Archard) while Bernard is under Gabriel Woolf's control; the scene ends as Bernard attacks. His body is later seen when Tom Baker and Elisabeth Sladen discover it.
- Doctor Who: The Invisible Enemy (1977) [Lowe]: Killed by John Leeson while trying to stop Tom Baker from destroying the Nucleus.
- Blake's 7: Powerplay (1980) [Klegg]: Strangled by Josette Simon when she puts him in a chokehold.
- Doctor Who: Remembrance of the Daleks (1988) [Harvey Parson]: Drops dead after attempting to interrogate Dursley McLinden for the location of the Renegade Dalek base. The deleted scenes feature on the DVD would elaborate on this further: his death due to the Imperial Daleks, after being deemed a security risk.
