- Dawn of the Dead (2004) [CJ]: Killed in an explosion when he sacrifices himself by shooting a propane tank, causing the vehicle he is in to explode so Sarah Polley, Ving Rhames, Jake Weber, Kevin Zeegers and Lindy Booth can escape from the zombies.

- Secret in Their Eyes (2015) [Reginald "Reg" Siefert]: Shot in the neck by one of Joe Cole's associates as he, Chiwetel Ejiofor and Dean Norris try to get them to surrender; he dies with Dean by his side.

- Person of Interest: Dead Reckoning (2013) [Mark Snow]: Committs Suicide by a Car-Bomb Explosion after entering in the Backseat of Annie Parisse's Car with his Activated Vest Bomb in order to kill her and Himself.
- Taboo: Episode 1.8 (2017) [Dumbarton]: Beaten to death by Tom Hardy.
- House of Cards: Chapter 73 (2018) [Doug Stamper]: Stabbed in the torso with letter opener by Robin Wright, after Michael angrily pleads at her. He is then smothered when Wright covers his face with her hands until he eventually dies.
