- Nicholas And Alexandra (1971) [Tsar Nicholas II]: Executed (along with the rest of his royal family) by a firing squad of Bolsheviks in the basement. We only see the Bolsheviks firing, followed by a shot of the bloody, bullet-riddled wall; the bodies are not shown. (Thanks to Brian)

- Macbeth (1970 mini series) [Macbeth]: Persumably Killed by Gary Watson (I've never seen any of it myself).
- Foyle's War: Plan Of Attack (2008) [Henry Parkins]: Dies in hospital of a long time illness. (Thanks to Brian)
- Emmerdale (2008) [Donald De Souza]:He has a stress attack and Matt Healey refuses to give him his pills and he collapses and dies. (Thanks to Brian)
- Albert's Memorial (2009) [Albert] He dies in hospital of a terminal illness early on and spends the rest of the show as a corpse being transported into Northern Europe by David Warner and David Jason. (Thanks to Brian)
- Casualty: No Goodbyes (2011) [David Northwick]: Alive in hospital at the end of the show but he has been resuscitated twice and the prognosis is death within a few days.(Thanks to Brian)
