Dollman (1991) [Cally]: Shot to pieces by Tim Thomerson
Mean Guns (1997) [Marcus]: Shot (off screen) at close range in the stomach by Christopher Lambert. Michael at the same time shoots Christopher in the throat (off screen). We see both pointing at each other and the shots are heard in off.
Ticker (2001) [Vershbow]: Shot once in the chest by Tom Sizemore, as Michael pulled out his gun and was about to shoot Peter Greene at the conclusion of a police standoff.

Blake's 7: The Way Back (1978) [Tel Varon]: Killed (off-screen), along with his wife (Pippa Steel) by Federation troopers (acting on Jeremy Wilkin's orders). Their bodies are seen while Jeremy is standing over them.
Magnum, P.I.: Mad Dogs and Englishmen (1986) [Justin Chesum]: Shot to death by John Hillerman.
Treasure Island (1990 TV) [Israel Hands]: Shot twice in the chest by Christian Bale with two flintlock pistols, and falls to his death from the mast of a ship after Michael throws his knife at Christian. His body is then seen sinking in the water.
Highlander: The Series: Patient Number 7 (1997) [Milos Vladic]: Decapitated with a sword by Alice Evans at the end of a fight.
