Michael Goodliffe (1914 - 1976)
Film Deaths[]
- A Night to Remember (1958) [Thomas Andrews]: Drowns (off-screen) in the sinking of the Titanic, we last see him in the smoking room as the ship sinks. (However, this is not quite considered historically accurate. The scene with Andrews in the Smoking Room is based on the account of steward John Stewart, who left the ship in a lifeboat early. More reliable survivors reported him near the bridge before the ship sank). (See also Victor Garber's death in the 1997 version)
- The Gorgon (1964) [Prof. Jules Heitz]: Turns to stone after looking at the Gorgon's (Prudence Hyman) face. He dies after making it back to his house where he manages to write a final letter to his son (Richard Pasco).
- To the Devil, a Daughter (1976) [George de Grass]: Head bashed in with a rock by Richard Widmark. (his injury appears very severe, it's likely it was fatal)
