Saw (2004) [Zep Hindle]: Beaten to death with a toilet tank lid by Leigh Whannell.
The Legend of Zorro (2005) [Harrigan]: Throat slit (off screen) by Raúl Méndez (along with Shuler Hensley); his body is later seen when Catherine Zeta-Jones and Antonio Banderas discovers them.
Batman: The Dark Knight Returns Part 2 (2013; animated) [The Joker]: Commits suicide by twisting his neck after Batman (voiced by Peter Weller) breaks his neck in a previous fight in order to frame him for murder; his body later bursts in to flames as Commissioner Yindel (voiced by Maria Canals Barrera) and her fellow police officers try to examine it.

The Practice: An Early Frost (2001) [William Hinks]: Severed head in the freezer (off screen), scared and murdered by Jeremy Roberts and aiding and abetting by Dylan McDermott. He was under arrest by the Boston Police and Ray Abruzzo while he visit his accomplice in jail.
Arrow: The Devil's Greatest Trick (2018) [Cayden James]: Stabbed in the neck by Kirk Acevedo while in an interrogation room. He dies as the episode ends.
The Name Of The Rose (2019 mini series) [Abate Abbassano da Fossanova]: Presumably suffocated in a small chamber after James Cosmo seals it off as he crawls along and before James sets fire to the library and the whole building goes up in flames.
Fallout: The Target (2024) [Dr. Siggi Wilzig]: Commits suicide by taking a cyanide pill. He dies while talking to Ella Purnell, telling her to cut off his head and take it to Sarita Choudhury, which she then does.
My Adventures with Superman: My Adventures with Supergirl (2024; animated) [Brainiac]: Core ripped out by Kara (Kiana Madeira), after being cut in half by her, with his remains then falling into the Sun.
