- Running Scared (2006) [Sal 'Gummy Bear' Franzone]: Shot in the head by Johnny Messner, in front of Paul Walker.
- Silent Witness (2011) [Sam Robb]: Commits suicide by shooting himself in the head after Dermot Mulroney uncovered that he was guilty of murder.
- Rogue River (2012) [Sheriff Boyd]: Shot in the back of the head by Bill Moseley as he walks with him to his patrol car.
- Red Stone (2021) [Jed Haywood]: Shot to death in his home by Neal McDonough

- Renegade: The Dollhouse (1996) [Beau]: He along with Jamie Rose go off a cliff in a van and die in the explosion.
- Buffy the Vampire Slayer: The Zeppo (1999) [Bob]: Head crushed with a vending machine by Nicholas Brendon.
- 24: Day 2: 4:00pm-5:00pm (2003) [Rick Phillips]: Shot by one of Gregg Henry's men, as Kiefer Sutherland looks on helplessly.
- Prison Break: Riots, Drills and the Devil, Part 2 (2005) [Correctional Officer Bob Hudson]: Stabbed in the stomach by Robert Knepper during a prison riot, then thrown over a railing. (Thanks to Alex)
- Criminal Minds: Identity (2007) [Francis Goehring]: Commits suicide by setting off a grenade in his car. He is shown throughout the episode in photos, videos, and finally as a hallucination to Kaj-Erik Eriksen.
- The Walking Dead: The Day Will Come When You Won't Be (2016) [Abraham Ford]: Bludgeoned to death with a barb-wire wrapped baseball bat by Jeffrey Dean Morgan as Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, Danai Gurira, Christian Serratos, Josh McDermitt, Ross Marquand, Sonequa Martin-Green, Steven Yeun, Chandler Riggs and Lauren Cohan look on in horror.
- Invincible: It's About Time (2021; animated) [Red Rush]: Head crushed by J.K. Simmons.
