One False Move (1992) [Wade 'Pluto' Franklin]: Shot in the stomach by Bill Paxton.
True Romance (1993) [Wurlitzer]: Shot in the stomach by Paul Ben-Victor during the shoot-out between the cops, gangsters, and bodyguards in Saul Rubinek's room.
Deep Blue Sea 2 (2018)[Carl Durant]: Bitten in the chest while swimming by the Shark. He is then dragged back into the water.
Aquaman (2018) [Jesse Kane]: Blows himself up with a grenade to avoid drowning in a sinking submarine after Jason Momoa leaves him pinned to the floor by a fallen torpedo.

ER: Status Quo (2008) [Al Boulet]: Dies (off-screen) of AIDS-related illness, several years before the episode begins. (Michael had last appeared in the 1997 episode Obstruction of Justice and does not appear in this episode, but Gloria Reuben reveals that he had died in the interim.) (Thanks to Alex)
