Internal Affairs (1990) [Dorian Fletcher]: Shot in the chest in a shoot-out with Marco Rodriguez in the street.
One False Move (1992) [Wade 'Pluto' Franklin]: Shot in the stomach by Bill Paxton.
True Romance (1993) [Wurlitzer]: Shot in the stomach by Paul Ben-Victor during the shoot-out between the cops, gangsters, and bodyguards in Saul Rubinek's room.
Deep Blue Sea 2 (2018) [Carl Durant]: Eaten by the shark. He is then dragged back into the water.
Aquaman (2018) [Jesse Kane]: Blows himself up with a grenade to avoid drowning in a sinking submarine after Jason Momoa leaves him pinned to the floor by a fallen torpedo.
Inheritance (2020) [Harold Thewlis]: Murdered off screen by Simon Pegg, his body is later discovered by Lily Collins.
Saw X (2023) [Henry Kessler]: Presumably dies after Tobin Bell and Costas Mandylor placed a trap "The Belly Scratcher" on Michael. It is unknown if Michael did make it out of the trap as the scenes cut to the credits.

Justice League Unlimited: Dead Reckoning (2006; animated) [Devil Ray/Mr. Terrific]:"Devil Ray is accidentally killed by Dead Man (voice by Raphael Sbarge) while possessing Batman (Kevin Conroy) when blasted him into electric cables. Mr. Terrific lives!
ER: Status Quo (2008) [Al Boulet]: Dies (off-screen) of AIDS-related illness, several years before the episode begins. (Michael had last appeared in the 1997 episode Obstruction of Justice and does not appear in this episode, but Gloria Reuben reveals that he had died in the interim.)
The 100: Perverse Instantation Part 2 (2016) [Charles Pike]: Stabbed in the heart by Marie Avgeropoulos
Chicago P.D.: The Devil You Know (2020) [Darius Walker]: Stabbed repeatedly off-screen and later seen stuffed with an 8-ball in his mouth and left to die with a dead rat dripping blood after Tracy Spiridakos tips off to Beach's gangmembers that he was a snitch for the police following a violent shoot-out with Walker's gang and crooked cops.
Mayor of Kingstown: Comeuppance (2024) [Captain Kareem Moore]: Stabbed to death by inmates after being fired from job as Warden.
