- Cyborg 3: The Creation (1995) [Donovan]: Killed by either Richard Lynch, Zach Galligan or Khrystyne Haje.
- My Favorite Martian (1999) [Big Guard]: Killed (along with Sylvester 'Bear' Terkay) by Daryl Hannah who devours him whilst she’s briefly changed into a monster.
- In Hell (2003) [Valya]: Shot repeatedly by guards as he rushes to attack them; he dies as Jean-Claude Van Damme kneels by his side (Smith wore a mask throughout this role)
- Monster Man (2003) [Monster Man/Brother Bob]: Run over repeatedly with his own monster truck by Eric Jungmann and Justin Urich (although he is still alive as the film ends so I don’t know if this contributes to a death scene or not but I’ll list it just in case).
- The Hills Have Eyes (2006) [Pluto]: Hit on the head with an axe by Aaron Stanford, after being impaled through the neck with a small flag (and pinned to the floor with a screwdriver).
- The Hills Have Eyes 2 (2007) [Papa Hades]: Stabbed in the mouth with a bayonet by Michael McMillian, after being shot in the head (then hit repeatedly in the crotch with a mallet) by Jessica Stroup (and having Jessica stick her finger into the bullet wound after that proved ineffective).
TV Deaths
- Charmed: Black as Cole (2001) [Belthazor]: Destroyed with a potion by Heather Dawn after he is separated from his human side (Julian McMahon)
