- Robot Jox (1989) [Tex Conway]: Jumps to his death after it's revealed that he was a spy for the Confederation when footage plays of him murdering Danny Kamekona.

- The Incredible Hulk: Blind Rage (1979) [Sgt. Sam Stanley]: Fatally injured after he goes blind from exposure to nerve gas and crashes his truck (off-screen). He is shown being wheeled into the Army hospital on a gurney shortly before his death.
