- The Horor Show (1989) [Little Girl]: Decapitated with a meat cleaver by Brion James (who is holding her hostage) after ordering Lance Henriksen to drop his gun. Brion then tosses her severed head to Lance. Her death first appeared in a nightmare Lance is having, then again in a flashback as Lance is driving down the road. She appears later on in the film as a ghost in a fantasy world set up by the undead Brion to torture Lance and his family.
