Village of the Damned (1995) [Melanie Roberts]: Commits suicide by shooting herself in the mouth (which shows in a future vision inside David's mind, when he saw her at the cemetery), followed a funeral scene, which confirms that his future vision did come true.
Bug Buster (1998) [Veronica Hart]: Dies when larvae emerge from her skin, after the giant insect lays its eggs in her body.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer: I Only Have Eyes for You (1998) [Grace Newman]: Shot in the stomach by Christopher Gorham after she breaks off their relationship; her body then falls over the balcony. She appears as a ghost throughout the rest of the episode.
Cold Case: Ravaged (2005) [Sloane Easton]: Frozen to death after passing out in an alley in the snow, after being hit on the head in an argument with Michael B. Silver. Her body is shown lying in the alley at the beginning of the episode, and the circumstances of her death are shown in a flashback at the end. She later appears as a ghost/figment of the imagination to Jeremy Ratchford at the end of the episode after her murder is solved.
Grey's Anatomy: My Next Life (2016) [Daphne]: Bleeds to death after Ellen Pompeo to hospital room. Her body is shown afterwards when son Barrett Carnahan discovers her morgue room.
Into The Dark: Flesh and Blood (2018) [Rose Tooms]: Killed (off-screen) in an undisclosed manner by her husband (Dermot Mulroney).
