Dark City (1998) [May]: Carved weird spiral marks on chest and stomach and stabbed in the neck with a retractable knife off-screen by Richard O'Brien.
The Limey (1999) [Jennifer 'Jenny' Wilson]: Killed (off-screen); we learn of her death after the fact when her father (Terence Stamp) comes to Los Angeles to avenge her. (Thanks to Noel and Slade)

The Amityville Horror (2005) [Kathy Lutz]: Hit in the stomach with an axe by Ryan Reynolds; this turns out to be only a vision, and she survives the movie in reality. (Thanks to Nemanja)

Alias: Resurrection (2004) [Lauren Reed]: Shot repeatedly on the chest and arm by Michael Vartan after she pulls a gun on Michael and Jennifer Garner; she then falls down a mine shaft.
