Dark City (1998) [May]: Carved weird spiral marks on chest and stomach and stabbed in the neck with a retractable knife (off-screen) by Richard O'Brien.
The Limey (1999) [Jennifer 'Jenny' Wilson]: Skull caved in accidentally by Peter Fonda who then sets it up to look like an accident. We learn of her death after the fact when her father (Terence Stamp) interrogates Fonda and is seen in flashbacks.
The Amityville Horror (2005) [Kathy Lutz]: Hit in the stomach with an axe by Ryan Reynolds. This turns out to be only a vision, and she survives the movie in reality.

Tales of the South Seas: The Outlaws (1998) [Kat]: Shot in the chest when she turns her revolver on her boyfriend instead of gunning down William Snow.
Alias: Resurrection (2004) [Lauren Reed]: Shot repeatedly in the chest and arm by Michael Vartan after she pulls a gun on him and Jennifer Garner. She then falls down a mine shaft.
Bag of Bones: Part 2 (2011) [Mattie Devore]: Shot in her cheek (with exit wound through the back of her head and blood splattering on the wall) by an unknown shooter outside the house as she was hugging and kissing Pierce Brosnan. She died in his arms while talking to him.
Bad Mothers: Episode 1 (2019) [Charlotte]: Strangled and then thrown down the stairs (off-screen) by Josh McKenzie. Her body is shown when Mandy McElhenney discovers it.
