- Guyver: Bio-Booster Armor: The Battle Begins (1993; anime) [Mizuki Segawa/Gelpess]: Disguised as Mizuki, Gelpess transforms while handcuffed to Sho Fukamachi (Tom Fahn) as he was being targeted by Masaki Murakami (Steve Cassling), causing Sho to transform into Guyver I, obliterating Gelpess mid-transformation. The real Mizuki survives.
- Fate/stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works: Winter Days, Where the Heart Is (2015; anime) [Rider]: Head twisted 180 degrees (off-screen) by Mr. Kuzuki (Lex Lang); her body dissipates into magic particles after her death.
- Sailor Moon S: The Pure Heart Stolen! Usagi's Biggest Crisis (2016; anime) [Cenicienta]: Destroyed by Usagi/Sailor Moon (Stephanie Sheh) with the Moon Spiral Heart Attack.
