- The Doors (1991) [Pamela Courson]: Dies (off-screen) of a drug overdose; her fate is revealed in a block of on-screen text at the end of the movie. (Thanks to Robert)
- Restoration (1995) [Katharine]: Dies in childbirth while Robert Downey Jr. delivers her baby; her body is shown lying in bed afterwards.
- Courage Under Fire (1996) [Capt. Karen Emma Walden]: Burned to death when a napalm strike is brought down on her position, after Lou Diamond Phillips tells the pilot she's already dead. Her death is recounted in flashbacks by several different characters, but until the truth finally comes out, these conflicting flashbacks depict her as being killed by a gunshot or explosion before the strike.
- City of Angels (1998) [Dr. Maggie Rice]: Hit by a truck while riding her bicycle; she dies in Nicolas Cage's arms shortly afterwards.
