Teen Wolf: Orphaned (2014) [Meredith Walker]: Committed suicide (off-screen) by hanging herself on the ceiling with bedsheets wrapped around her neck. Her death wasn’t shown on screen but her body was found by Aaron Hendry when Ryan Kelley calls Holland Roden and Dylan O'Brien to tell them what happened when they try to get a hold of Maya. However in the episode Perishable it is revealed that Maya had faked her death when she confronts the group and revealed her true identity as The Benefactor.
Teen Wolf: Codominance (2016) [Meredith Walker]: Throat slashed by Cody Christian’s werewolf claws while Holland Roden watches in horror. However this was only a hallucination of Maya’s in order to teach Holland how to use her banshee powers and Maya in reality survives the episode.
Fear the Walking Dead: All I See is Red (2023) [Sam Krennick]: Bitten by her zombified father (Michael B. Silver) as both Lennie James and Kim Dickens watch in shock. She is later stabbed in the head by her brother (Daniel Rashid) to prevent her from coming back as a zombie.
