Film Deaths
- Cannibal Apocalypse (Apocalypse domani) (1980) [Helen]: Is shot to death by the police.
- Pieces (Mil gritos tiene la noche; One Thousand Cries Has the Night) (1982) [Mrs. Reston]: Is hacked to death with an axe by Alejandro Hernandez when Alejandro strikes Heatherly with an axe four times, after she chastises him for solving a pornographic jigsaw puzzle; Alejandro is later seen severing her off-screen body to pieces with a hacksaw, and her severed head is shown again afterwards in the closet when the police investigate the scene. She is seen once again in a photo that Edmund Purdom keeps throughout the film.
- Edge of the Axe (Al filo del hacha) (1988) [Anna Bixby]: Is hacked to death with an axe by Christina Marie Lane when Christina strikes Heatherly with an axe four times, after a brief chase through Heatherly’s house, on top of having her right hand fingers chopped off while looking for shotgun ammo after finding her dog’s corpse. Her body is not shown afterwards, but her death is mentioned by Fred Holliday, her corpse having been found off-screen by a neighbor the next day.
