- Hannibal: Roti (2013) [Male Nurse]: Throat is cut open by Eddie Izzard off screen using his own handcuffs, when Eddie is escaping from Max and Vincent Rother's custody. Eddie also removes Max and Vincent's hearts off screen, and displays them on tree branches. Max and Vincent's deaths are shown, as Hugh Dancy imagines himself taking on Eddie's part in killing them both.
