- The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (2003) [Dante]: Crushed to death/buried alive in the collapse of Richard Roxburgh's headquarters. (throughout his last few scenes, Max has been replaced by a CGI "Mr. Hyde" version of him) (Thanks to Neil)
- Chain of Command (2015) [Ross]: Stabbed in the neck with his own knife by Michael Jai White at the end of a fight.
