Max Ryan (1967 - )

Foreigner (2003) [Lazare Dunois]: During the struggle, he is impaled on his own knife, Steven Seagal then breaks his neck in final fight.
The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (2003) [Dante]: Crushed to death/buried alive in the collapse of Richard Roxburgh's headquarters. (throughout his last few scenes, Max has been replaced by a CGI "Mr. Hyde" version of him) (Thanks to Neil)

Death Race (2008) [Pachenko]: Killed by Jason Statham after he tricks him into crashing his car.

Dark Moon Rising (2009) [Darkman/Bender]: Shot to death in his werewolf form by Chris Diveccio after being shot repeatedly by Maria Conchita Alonso.

Chain of Command (Deadly Target) (2015) [Ross]: Stabbed in the neck with his own knife by Michael Jai White at the end of a fight.
