- Only the Lonely (1991) [Rose Muldoon]: "Dies" three times in John Candy's paranoid daydreams of what might happen to her: (1) Falls down a sewer while walking to her bingo game. (2) Shot in the chest by a robber disguised as a trick-or-treater. (3) Killed in a car crash/explosion after getting a ride home from the drunk Bert Remsen. (She survives the movie in reality.)
