- I Still Know What You Did Last Summer (1998) [Will Benson]: Accidentally stabbed in the chest by his father (Muse Watson) when Muse tries to kill Freddie Prinze Jr. and hits Matthew instead after Freddie breaks free from Matthew's grip by disorienting him by elbowing him in the head. (Thanks to Germboygel and Felice)
- Beneath (2007) [Dr. John Locke]: Shot twice in the chest and stomach by Nora Zehetner (his sister in law), who has stolen his gun and uses it when he tries to bludgeon her with a heavy candelabra.
