Titus (1999) [Demetrius]: Throat slit along with his brother (Jonathan Rhys-Meyers) by Anthony Hopkins while Matthew and Jonathan are hanging upside-down in the kitchen. Their bodies are then made into a meat pie (off-screen) and served to their mother (Jessica Lange) at a banquet. (Nudity alert: Rear)
Mowgli: Legend of the Jungle (2018) [John Lockwood]: Thrown by an elephant as he is preparing to shoot a tiger (voiced by Benedict Cumberbatch).
Seal Team (2021) [Grimes]: Providing the voice of a shark, Matthew is shredded to pieces (off-screen) by a boat engine. We only see the engine coming towards Matthew, before it cuts to Dolph (voiced by Dolph Lundgren) mimicking Matthews final screams.
Cocaine Bear (2023) [Andrew Thornton]: Falls to his death when he accidentally knocks himself out by hitting his head while trying to jump out of a plane. His death is confirmed in a news report shortly after.

Extrapolations: 2037: A Raven Story (2023) [Junior]: Killed by a walrus, while he was trying to scare the walrus' baby.
The Owl House: Watching and Dreaming (2023; animated) [Emperor Belos]: Stomped to death by Wendie Malick, Avi Roque, and Alex Hirsch after being melted by boiling rain.
Gremlins: Secrets of the Mogwai: Never Ever Expose Them to Bright Light (2023; animated) [Riley Greene]: Decapitated by a knife after turning into a cockroach.
