Dragged Across Concrete (2018) [Grey Gloves]: Shot in the head by Mel Gibson as he attempts to surrender, on top of having his fingers shot off by Tory Kittles earlier.
Lowlifes (2024) [Keith]: Bludgeoned to death by Cassandra Sawtell.

Once Upon a Time: The Shepherd (2011) [Knight #1]: Burned alive by a dragon.
A Sister's Nightmare (2013) [Brian]: Shot to death by Kelly Rutherford as he is giving his daughter a bath.
iZombie: Mr. Berserk (2015) [Sebastian Meyer]: Turns into a zombie (off-screen) after tasting Rose McIver's blood. We see him later at night with glowing eyes at the lakeshore after he was hit by the propeller of the boat he fell off.
iZombie: Dead Rat, Live Rat, Brown Rat, White Rat (2015) [Sebastian Meyer]: Stabbed in the head with a kitchen knife by Rose McIver in her kitchen after a fight between the two in full zombie mode.
Legends of Tomorrow: The Justice Society of America (2016) [Henry Heywood/Commander Steel]: Revealed to have died years earlier presumably in battle and later dies off-screen while on a mission in 1942 to stop André Eriksen. However, this death is prevented by his grandson (Nick Zano), Caity Lotz, Franz Drameh, Brandon Routh and Victor Garber when they travel back in time to help the Justice Society of America.
Legends of Tomorrow: Moonshot (2017) [Henry Heywood/Commander Steel]: Sacrifices himself by opening the airlock door on the Waverider in order to help it land safely on Earth after telling his grandson (Nick Zano) to deliver a message to his son and Nick's future father (Patrick Lubczyk).
My Wife's Secret Life (2019) [Kent Anderson/Roy Patterson]: Shot to death by Kate Villanova, as Matthew is preparing to kill Jason Cermak.
Infidelity Can Be Fatal (2023) [Clive]: Falls and hits his head on a fireplace after a scuffle with Lanie McAuley.
