Day of the Dead (2008) [Doctor Logan]: Killed by Pat Kilbane after being pulled into a vent (off-screen); his body is shown after Pat drops him from the vent. (See also Richard Liberty in the 1985 version.)
Boogeyman 3 (2008) [Doctor Roger Kane]: Spins around against the Door by Boogeyman, as Erin Cahill looks on helplessly.
Crystal Skulls (2014) [Terry]: Crushed when cave collapsed after he let Richard Burgi leave him.
Rogue One (2016) [Corporal Serchill Rostok]: Presumably killed during the Battle of Scarif, or when the Death Star is used to destroy the command center.

Ultimate Force: Slow Bomb (2006) [Haley]: His head explodes via a bomb in his earpiece set off by Anna-Louise Plowman.
Torchwood: Captain Jack Harness (2007) [The Captain]: During an off-screen training exercise, Matt's plane is attacked by a German plane, resulting in him being shot down, although he is able to save the lives of his squad mates. The episode takes place the day before this incident, with John Barrowman and Naoko Mori being transported back in time. John is forced to return to his own time, leaving Matt to die the next day, as the pair share a kiss and John watches him fade away.
