Criminal Minds: With Friends Like These...(2011) [Matt]: Burned to death in a fire (along with Chad Lindberg and Samantha Shelton) Indirectly caused by a Child Nathan Sheppard, years before the episode begins. He only appears as an hallucination to a Now Adult Bug Hall throughout the episode and his cause of death is revealed when Kristen Vangsness researches Bug's record.
Castle: Knockout (2011) [Chuck Ryker]: Shot in the head by Max Martini.
Person of Interest: Triggerman (2012) [Eddie Massey]: Shot in the head by Jonathan Tucker in self-defense.
Grimm: El Cucuy (2013) [Ray Bolton]: Mauled to death by Gina Gallego in her Boogeyman-like Wessen form.
