- V/H/S (2012) [Matt]: Hit by a train (along with Tyler Gillett, Paul Natonek, and Chad Villella), after the possessed Nicole Erb causes their car to stall on the train tracks with them trapped inside; the scene cuts to black just at the moment of impact. (The US DVD includes an alternate ending in which they all get out of the car in time and survive.) (Thanks to Tim)
- Southbound (2015) [Jack]: Impaled through the mouth and jaw torn open by a demon by the side of the road, as Chad Villella looks on in horror. (He reappears later in the movie, as the story appears to repeat in an endless loop.)
