- The IT Crowd: From Hell (2008) [Douglas Reynolm]: Passes out after accidentally shooting himself in the leg. He briefly enters the afterlife, but upon realising he is heading towards Hell, he turns around and wakes up in hospital. (All played for comic effect.)
- Archer: Mr. Deadly Goes To Town (2019) [Mr. Deadly]: Portraying the voice of a sentient doomsday device, Matt self-destructs when Chris Parnell utters the password required to make him detonate.
