- Snakes on a Plane (2006) [Man in Lavatory]: Bitten on the penis by a snake in the airplane lavatory; he smashed his head on the mirror while thrashing around and trying to remove the snake. (I’m not sure whether it’s the snakebite or the head injury that kills him). (note: Matt was not listed in the cast, but as a stunt performer; the dvd’s audio commentary identifies him as the character in this scene.)
