- The Cry of the Owl (1987) [Juliette]: Commits suicide by taking an overdose of sleeping pills before walking out of the house; her body is shown afterwards lying in a field. (See also Julia Stiles in the 2009 remake.)
- Isabelle Eberhardt (1991) [Isabelle Eberhardt]: Drowned by flash flood in 1904 in end of movie.
- Naked Tango (1991) [Alba/Stephanie]: Although I don't know the details of Mathilda's death scene, a tip I received regarding Vincent D'Onofrio's death scene described her as being "mortally wounded". (Thanks to Debbe)
