Film Deaths
- 47 Ronin (2013) [Yasuno]: Commits seppuku (off-screen) along with the other remaining Ronin (besides a spared Jin Akanishi), as punishment by Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa.
- Edge of Tomorrow (2014) [Takeda]: Plays a character caught in a time loop: (1) Killed by an alien Mimic (along with Jonas Armstrong, Bill Paxton, Franz Drameh, Charlotte Riley, Kick Gurry and Dragomir Mrsic) when it comes out of the ground in their trench, as Tom Cruise watches in horror. This is only seen once, but due to Tom's time loop, it can be assumed it happens many times, excluding when Tom manages to save them in one instance. (2) Killed fighting Mimics (off-screen) in Paris; we only see Emily Blunt, Jonas, Kick and Franz made it when Tom re-joins with them. Masayoshi survives when Tom goes back even further to prevent the events from happening.
