- Targets (Before I Die) (1968) [Charlotte Thompson]: Shot in the chest by her son (Tim O'Kelly) when she runs into the room after hearing him shoot Tanya Morgan.
- Terror at Red Wolf Inn (Club Dead; The Folkes at Red Wolf Inn; Terror House; Terror on the Menu) (1972) [Evelyn Smith]: Decapitated (off-screen), along with Arthur Space, by John Neilson. Their severed heads are shown in a freezer afterwards. (Thanks to John)

- The Invaders: The Pursued (1968) [Hattie Willis]: Stabbed in the back with a knitting needle by Suzanne Pleshette while Mary is trying to contact the police.
