- The Incredible 2-Headed Transplant (1971) [Motorcyclist]: Drowned in a river by John Bloom with Albert Cole's dominating head attached to his body. The drowning was filmed in a long shot high above the river. Her body is shown later on the riverbank as Bruce Dern was trying to track down the creature.
