Martita Hunt's first death in The Brides of Dracula
Martita Hunt (1899 - 1969)
Film Deaths[]
- Great Expectations (1946) [Miss Havisham]: Burned to death after her dress catches fire. (I haven't seen this version, so I don’t know whether the death is depicted on-screen or not).
- The Brides of Dracula (1960) [Baroness Meinster]: Bitten on the throat and drained of blood (off-screen) by her son (David Peel) in her mansion. Her body is shown afterwards when Freda Jackson shows her to Yvonne Monlaur. She later comes back to life as a vampire and is stabbed in the chest with a wooden stake (at her own request) by Peter Cushing.
