- Thunderball (1965) [Paula Caplan]: Commits suicide (off-screen) by taking a poison capsule to escape interrogation from enemy agents (the cause/type is mentioned in the dialogue). Her body is shown afterwards when Sean Connery arrives just a moment too late to rescue her.
- One Million Years B.C. (1966) [Nupondi]: Falls into a fissure that opens up beneath her during an earthquake.
- Prehistoric Women (1967) [Kari]: Impaled through the stomach on the horn of a charging rhinoceros.
- Dr. Jekyll and Sister Hyde (1971) [Mrs. Hyde]: Falls from a roof while fleeing from police, while midway through the transformation from Ralph Bates into Martine. "Her" body (a composite of Ralph and Martine) is shown lying on the ground afterward.
- From a Whisper to a Scream (The Offspring) (1987) [Katherine White]: Executed by lethal injection.
- Night of the Scarecrow (1995) [Barbara]: Stabbed in the face with knitting needles by the titular Scarecrow while she is embroidering a doily (?) that becomes attached to her face.
