- Sands of Iwo Jima (1949) [Pvt Mike McHugh]: Shot In the chest by Japanese Soldiers when the marines advance during the battle of Iwo Jima.
- Gunfight at the O.K. Corral (1957) [James 'Jimmy' Earp]: Shot to death by Dennis Hopper, Lyle Bettger and Lee Roberts. (Historically inaccurate, because the real James Earp died on January 25th, 1926). (Thanks to Betty)
- 13 Ghosts (1960) [Ben Rush]: Crushed to death when a ghost places him in a bed rigged to collapse, while Charles Herbert looks on in horror.
TV Deaths[]
- Columbo: Murder by the Book (1971) [Jim Ferris]: Shot in the head by Jack Cassidy in Jack's cabin, while Martin is phoning his wife (Rosemary Forsyth).
- Airwolf: Severance Pay (1985) [Arthur Barnes] Presumably executed (off screen) after being exposed as a traitor. We last see him when he is arrested and security guards escort him out of the room. He smugly says that he will soon be released in a prisoner exchange with the Russians, but the CIA director (Alex Cord) grimly says, "We don't exchange what we terminate."
- MacGyver: Passages (1990) [James MacGyver]: Killed in a car accident several years before the story begins. He appears as a spirit in the afterlife, along with his wife (Sheila Moore), when his father-in-law (John Anderson) and son (Richard Dean Anderson) enter the afterlife.
