- Star Trek: Voyager: Basic Part 2 (1996) [Seska]: Mortally injured in an explosion when the control console she's using overloads; she dies after crawling to her baby's side in another room, and her body is shown afterwards when Anthony De Longis discovers her.
- Star Trek: Voyager: Worst Case Scenario (1997) [Seska]: Although the 'real' Martha died in the above episode, she returned in this episode as a holodeck simulation of the character. The holographic Martha is 'killed' when her phaser backfires when she tries to shoot Tim Russ and Robert Duncan McNeill.
