- Blood Rage (1987) [Todd Simmons/Terry Simmons]: Playing a dual role as a pair of identical twins, "Terry" is shot four times by Louise Lasser after she mistakes him for "Todd"; his body falls into the pool after his demise ("Todd" survives the film).
