  • Doctor Who: The Lazarus Experiment (2007) [Richard Lazarus]: Falls to his death from a church bell tower after David Tennant uses his sonic screwdriver to amplify the sound of the pipe organ, causing Gatiss to lose his grip and fall; having been portrayed by CGI for most of this final scene, Mark reverts to human form after his death.

His body is later seen when David prises the books out of Mark's hands and returns them to Michael Sheen (played for laughs). In the episode The Hitchhiker, Mark is returned to Earth as a zombie, and then cursed to live for eternity as the undead.
  • 3 Body Problem: Destroyer of Worlds (2024) [Isaac Newton]: Playing a character in an alternate-reality style "video game", he and Reece Shearsmith are sliced in half with a katana by Jenson Cheng, as John Bradley and Jess Hong watch in shock.
