The Young and the Restless (October 31, 2006) [Carmen Mesta]: Hit on the head (off-screen) by Emily O'Brien; her body is shown afterwards when Kristoff St. John discovers her lying in an alley. (The November 10 episode featured numerous black & white "hypothetical flashbacks" in which almost every other character on the show is seen killing her in various circumstances, as everyone speculates on who the killer might be.)
Supernatural: Malleus Maleficarum (2008) [Tammi Fenton/Astaroth]: 'Astaroth' was killed by Jensen Ackles with several stabs of the demon-killing knife. As 'Tammi' was possessed by 'Astaroth', this also killed her as well if she was still alive.
Spartacus: Reckoning (2011) [Melitta] Poisoned when she drinks some of the wine that Lucy Lawless had intended for Jeffrey Thomas.
Bones: The Killer in the Crosshairs (2011) [Paula Ashwaldt]: Commits suicide off-screen.
