  • Exterminator 2 (1984) [X]: Impaled on a spike after being blown through the air by an exploding duffel bag.
  • Jaws: The Revenge (1987) [Jake McCoy]: Although he survives the film in the theatrical cut, an alternate ending shows Mario being eaten alive when he falls into the jaws of the giant shark, while successfully trying to drop a device into the shark's mouth.
  • Highlander III: The Sorcerer (1994) [Kane]: Decapitated with a sword at the end of a battle with Christopher Lambert.
  • Crazy Six (1997) [Dirty Mao]: Shot in the back by Burt Reynolds after Mario has killed Ice-T and has left some advice to Rob Lowe while he's sitting there injured with girlfriend Ivana Milicevic.
  • Judgment Day (1999) [Thomas Payne]: Hanged when Ice-T knocks Mario off of a platform after a rope gets tangled around Mario's neck during a struggle.
  • Raw Nerve (1999) [Detective Blair Valdez]: Drowned in a shallow mud-pool by Zach Galligan and Nicollette Sheridan.
  • Guardian (2001) [Detective Kross]: Falls to his death after being repelled by supernatural forces, after he's possessed by a demon.
  • Ali (2001) [Malcolm X]: Shot in the chest with a shotgun by Muslim assassins, when about to give a speech. While dying on the ground, he is shot a second time by the assassins.

  • Sharpshooter (2007; TV movie) [Flick]: Shot in the chest with a makeshift arrow by James Remar while Mario is holding Bruce Boxleitner at gunpoint.
