The Return of Count Yorga (1971) [Cynthia Nelson] Bitten and drained of her blood (off-screen) by Roger Perry. We only see him begin to attack her before the credits roll.
The Magnificent Seven Ride! (1972) [Arrila]: Killed off-screen (possibly by raping) by Gary Busey, Darrell Larson and Robert Jaffe, after they kidnap her. Her body (face down) is shown after when Michael Callan finds her, he then buries her body.
O'Hara's Wife (1982) [Harry O'Hara]: Dies of a heart attack; she appears to Ed Asner as a ghost throughout the rest of the movie.

Mannix: Death Is the Fifth Gear (1972) [Nurse Cara Guild]: Thrown off the balcony of her apartment by Jason Evers.
The Incredible Hulk: Married Part 2 (1978) [Dr. Carolyn Fields]: Dies of a neurological disease (similar to Lou Gehrig's disease) in Lou Ferrigno's arms; he continues to cradle her as he transforms back into Bill Bixby. (Thanks to Stephen)
9-1-1: Trapped (2018) [Patricia Clark]: Dies of a pulmonary embolism while she was sleeping (off-camera). Her body is shown the next morning when her daughter (Connie Britton) see her dead (NOTE: the character had Alzheimer's).
The House on the Hill (2019) [Ellen Snow]: Strangled to death (off screen) by the bare hands of Bart Johnson.
