- Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers (1995) [Beth]: Stabbed repeatedly in the back with a kitchen knife by Michael Myers (George P. Wilbur) while she's talking on the phone with Marianne Hagan in the bedroom, who tries to warn Mariah from the house across. Her body is shown later, along with Keith Bogart’s body, when Marianne discovers them in her bed.
Television Deaths[]
- Charmed: Thank You For Not Morphing (1998) [Cynda]: Melts, along with Markus Flannagan and Eric Matheny, after being vanquished with a spell by the Charmed Ones.
- Buffy the Vampire Slayer: The Wish (1998) [Nancy]: Dies off-screen of unknown means after fighting a battle against vampires with Seth Green and Larry Bagby. Her death is mentioned by the surviving Green and Bagby to Anthony Stewart Head, taking place at the same time as Charisma Carpenter's. Her death takes place in the alternate version of the world created by Emma Caulfield's granting of Carpenter's wish. Head destroying Caulfield's amulet reverts Carpenter's world altering wishes and subsequently all deaths that occurred, including O'Brien's.
