- The X-Files: X-Cops (2000) [Chantara Gomez]: Neck snapped (off-screen) by a supernatural force that manifests as its victims' greatest fears. Her body is shown sitting in the back of a police car afterwards. (I haven't seen this episode myself, but am going by what I've read in various episode guides.)
